REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and within the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a refund. Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email our support team at support@yalla.com with your order number and reasons for the refund request.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions on where to send the returned goods.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
